I use an adjustable powder measure until I find the most accurate load for my rifle, then I make a "fixed" measure out or deer or elf antler by drill a whole in the end till I get the desired amount. Here are some pictures of them.
They are all different sizes on is for 80grs 40grs 50grs 60grs, and my adjustable measure I use.
